for a magical stay in Puerto Vallarta.

Confirm Your Air Dates: During Value Season there's usually plenty of availability so the next step is to get your air dates confirmed (this is a MUST - most airlines will hold your seats for 24 hours to 1 week) & THEN email us using the form below with your top 3 property choices (good chance you'll get them)! For beachfront condo & villa renters (they're the first to go as are the best of each) during Peak Season many things are booked way in advance so if you have some flexibility in dates that's great!
Have Your Payment Ready: Because this past year many owners had LOTS of lookie loos I don't call an owner with a reservation unless you're ready to put the $$ down. In most cases I MUST have your $$ to the owners within 1 week of making the reservation so only put a hold when you're ready to pay. Some owners were sooooo burned by lookie loos that they won't even hold a reservation until they have the $$.
Read & Sign the Contract: I will then fax you a contract (there's no specific mention of gay in it. ALL reservations are non-cancellable & non-refundable!) which you will sign & fill out completely (I ask for your credit card ONLY as a Security Deposit - that you will honor our agreement & the contract & be mailing the check in immediately. We do not accept credit cards but if the contract is not honored or broken we will utilize someone elses credit card + charge you the processesing fee. If anything is broken/stolen in the unit we ask that you resolve it down there but if you don't we will charge your credit card for it). ALL reservations are paid by CHECK ONLY (US$) (we're dealing with private owners).
Arrange Your Payment: Unless indicated accommodations are pre-paid in advance with1/2 being due immediately & the balance due 60 days before departure (if you need more time either way please feel free to express that to us as we can be VERY workable if needed & will try to accommodate you (it also varies by the property). We now accept deposits/payments for PV lodging via PayPal: Signing up for a paypal account (click here) is free. Once you sign up, you can use a credit card or bank account to transfer money to your paypal account - a kind of online "holding tank" for money transfers. Once you have an account, you can send payment to us at pvdoinit@aol.com (our email address and paypal account number). It's that simple. For more info on how a paypal account works, click here.
Late Bookings: A money order or cash for payment for bookings made less than 14 days before departure MUST be either wired/deposited into our Client Trust Account or an money order overnighted for early delivery. There also may be a $25-$40 late booking fee for the Gay Properties (based on how much long distance calls/expenses are involved on our end & if $$ has to be wired/over-nighted) & DEFINITELY a $40+ fee for villas & condos (again based on time involved).
Get Your Confirmation: Within 2 weeks of departure you will receive your confirmation with most every detail you could need on it as well as a copy of my "PV-PS - Puerto Vallarta Purple Sheet".

AIRPORT TRANSFER
You're either greeted at the airport with a sign with your name on it OR go to a select taxi booth & turn in your voucher for a taxi ride into town to your accommodations.
NO tour - NO additional stops. The PLUS of this is they KNOW where you're going + you don't get attacked by the hords of time-share & taxi people (this was even a bit intimidating to me which just doesn't happen!!).
The company we use is not on commission base (hence they're not in a rush to get back to the airport to pick up more fares!!) so you're ride is usually MUCH nicer!!!
$26 for 1-3 people with average luggage that fits into the taxi arriving between 9am-8pm - going downtown.
$40 for 4 (in a van), +$10 each additional person.
