(if you’re seeking someone to “recommend” a property to you so if you don’t like it you can play “victim” & blame them – ya WON’T be calling us!!!! Here’s a GREAT example – when someone says the word “Ocean” to you – what are some of your images? Surfers &/or “Yehhh – I get to body surf” (most typical)??? Now – when I mention a “Giant Bay” & you think of other big lakes/bays of water that you’ve seen in your days – do you see surfing waves?? NOT!!!! Or do you see “Shore Breakers” (i.e. “KNECK & Back breaking) forms of water that break right there at the SHALLOW shoreline (though ok if you go out beyond it)?? THAT’S what Banderas Bay IS LIKE!!! So if someone tells you their place has an “ocean-view” or is “ocean-front” – are they being completely accurate?? This “standard” is just toooo blunt for some down there hence we’re not the most popular people around IN Vallarta as not everyone wants the truth said about their place!! We do NOT want you to have ANY surprises when you arrive (how many times has that happened to you – you arrive at a place & say “This is NOT what the description said or how the pictures looked!”?? This does NOT happen to OUR clients as we tend to undersell our properties MUCH MORE than oversell them!!).
