Located practically across the road from Los Arcos National Marine Park (unfortunately it's a rocky beach), you're just a 13-15 minute taxi or bus ride to the heart of the action so you just close enough!!
Garza Blanca, Playa Gemelas, Girasol & Mismaloya Beaches are just 2-3 minutes by bus/10 minute walk (MUCH nicer beaches than further north!!)!!
This 5 acre estate offers you the best of modern conviences/ammenities along with seclusion!
Floor-to-ceiling windows surround each of these 4 more upscale individually detached octagonal shaped Casita/villas giving you a total of 6 bedrooms. Each Casita has air-conditioning, satellite tv, private bathroom, kitchenette, private balcony, livingroom, bedroom & spectacular views!!
The Casitas surround the nice size common pool with a little waterfall where your houseman can serve you margaritas by your pool!
A separate open/spacious entertainment center/area has sofas & lounges to relax by or dance the night away. This is where your personal chef whips up & serves you 2 meals a day in the dining area Mon.-Sat. (never on Sunday or Mexican holidays. Sunday service is available for approx. $90/day) - the perfect place for your own Mexican Fiesta or a wedding (there are additional costs for gatherings of 50-100 people)!!! The grounds are full of mango trees - ripe for the pickin' & tropical birds!
Casita #1 also has a double sofabed in the living & a walk-around balcony with rare views of Los Arcos & LOTS of privacy - VERY ROMANTIC (this is a "Vicki Slept Here!" room!!)!
Casita #2 is one of the most beautiful of all with a walk-around balcony & patio area opening onto the pool added to a spacious dining & livingroom & LOTS of floor to ceiling windows make this a special space for a small gathering or wedding!!
Casita #3 is a 2-story, 2-bedroom Casita with a double sofabed set back on the grounds a bit offering you peace & quiet & a large shady balcony set back amidst the tropical grounds.
Casita #4 is a more elegant 2-story Casita with one studio on each floor - each with it's own private entrance, wrap around balcony, a glass windowed bathroom & a shower that looks out over the bay & jungle. The bedroom opens onto the spacious livingroom!
With the 6 separate units & sofabeds, V160 can comfortably sleep 15+ people (additional costs for 15+).
Also included is a Guest Membership at the Bel Air Gym & Spa Facilities (there are separate fees for salon & certain gym features) located in Old Town/SouthSide OR opt to have a massuer come to you in your villa or by the pool!!!
This villa is PERFECT for a group of friends, family or business associates wanting to travel together yet still affords you the privacy!!
A Jeep Tracker (seats up to 5) is available to rent.
