Special features of this villa are a wonderful HUGE 20' x 40' POOL (EXTREMELY rare to even find a pool 1/2 that size in Vallarta!!!), a BIG 9' x 13' Heated (upon request) JACUZZI, a spacious deck, various vistas throughout the grounds & a GREAT location - up in Alta Vista Hills - the hillside directly behind Old Town/Muertos Beach giving easy access to the heart of Vallarta via a 10 minute walk down the cobblestone street hillside or an easy $3/21/2  minute taxi ride!!!  

You have 10,000 sq' of lush tropical grounds & structure which are taken care of by your mozo who also maintains the pool. 

Another highlight of V173 is you have a REAL CHEF & sous-chef who prepare breakfast served between 9-11am (set up buffet style) & delicious gourmet dinners (& Mexican favorites also!).

An English-speaking host can help you organize activities.   A housekeeper makes sure the house is prepared for you!!!  

Bedding is: King / King / King / King / Queen / Queen / Twin-Twin (that can be pushed together to make into a King) & Twin-Twin (can make into a King) with European-style comforters.  Each room has air-conditioning & a garden or jungle view (no rooms have bay views). 

The villa comes equipped with cable tv, vcr, cd/cassette.  Water is best drank bottled & staff uses MicroDyne to clean veges & fruits & bottled water for ice.  The phone is for incoming, local & calling card calls.  Staff is available Mon.-Sat. (never on Sun. or Mexican holidays).

There is an additional fee for partys & weddings which often equals one nights rent plus permission from the owner must be given for parties.
