Your Spanish speaking CHEF prepares up to 2 meals a day Mon.-Sat. (not on Sun. or Mexican holidays though service is available for those days at their union overtime rates) in a commercially equipped GOURMET KITCHEN.  Your HOUSEKEEPER tends to keeping your home pristine (I'm sure she'd be VERY happy to do your personal laundry for a NICE tip!!!) & an English-speaking Houseman can help coordinate meals & other needs daily. 

This is one of the few villas with AIR-CONDITIONING in most rooms!  

Other features - satellite t.v., a complete sound systems (cd), a telephone for local & incoming calls & a fax, a state-of-the-art WATER PURIFICATION SYSTEM gives you quality water throughout (we still suggest bottled water - just in case!), a small EXERCISE ROOM & open/airy common rooms.   Floors & patios are tiled with handmade pavers.  There's even an ENCLOSED GARAGE to park your rental car (which is SOOOOO NOT needed as it's walkable & Puerto Vallarta has MANY taxi's!!).

The Common area is on the upper level, 3 spacious suites on down a level & a smaller 4th bedroom is a level down from that.

A narrow cobblestone walkway about 15' wide separates the villa from the beach which, though its a public beach, there are no commercial buildings right there - mainly private villas or low-rise condos so you donut have many people on the beach in front (if you do, its mainly on the weekends &/or holidays).

V160 MAY be rented as a 3-bedroom during Value/low season for a reduced price (they lock off the 4th bedroom).

Next door is its Sister Villa - V159 built & decorated in a similar stunning style & giving you 3 more bedrooms if you require 6-7 bedrooms for a larger group!!!
