Enjoy the sights & breathtaking views of the bay, jungle & city & the spectacular lightening shows over the bay (June-Oct.) off your deck as the villa complex at #V-112 welcomes those wanting to be away from it all yet be just 7 km, 10-13 minutes south of the action & SouthSide/Muertos Beach (an EASY 45¢ bus ride [not the "chicken" bus! It's usually quite an experience on this bus as OFTEN you have the beach guitar or mariachi entertainers on their way to/from Mismaloya who will often break out in song - anxious for extra tips so please do!! or a $5+ taxi you can hail from the side of the road or call ahead of time - both are VERY EASY to do/access).

Let the sounds of the bay & jungle lull you to sleep. The terraced villas laterally climbing up the side of the hill & Palo Marina Beach (a rocky beach) is just across the road & Garza Blanca Beach - a VERY NICE small beach (with very few people usually though you have many Nationals coming down on the weekends) is just an 8 minute walk away.

You can rent this villa as a 2-bedroom or occasionally a 1-bedroom villa (they just lock off the 2nd bedroom once you select which room you desire (no other person will be renting the other room or has access to your pool/villa [except the maid of course!]. 1-bedroom not available in Peak Season or certain holidays).

Both bedrooms have a bay view, a King bed, air-conditioning & 2 private bathrooms.

The bottom level has a livingroom/dining area, kitchen with the basics (coffee maker, microwave, blender, dishes+), ceiling fans, a boombox (no tv currently) & a deck where you'll find your 7'x15' dipping pool.

There are 3 levels of stairs to walk up to this villa & then 1 flight down.

Light/basic maid service is 6 days a week (never on Sunday or Mexican Holidays [of which there are MANY!!!]) & a small bottle of purified water is delivered upon request (you might desire to order a 5 gal. bottle. Please tip the person delivering $3+ as it's a haul up those stairs!).

A phone is provided for local calls (FYI - remember - it's Mexico & sometimes doesn't work so calls can be made from the office).

V112 is just below V102 & combined can make into a very reasonably priced 4 or 5-bedroom villa combo!! Combine with V109 - across from V102 making a 6-7 bedroom villa!!! (GREAT for a few families wanting more privacy yet to be together).

Check-in is 4pm so arrivals before can have their luggage dropped off in the office & if you desire a ride back into town the minute they drop their luggage off it?s an additional $10+ (based on # of people. This is if you're doing our Greet or Transfer).

Check-out is noon so if your flight is later you can either leave your luggage in the office (as long as they're open. They are not responsible for any potential loss), or you can choose to pay for another night (since they definitely won't be able to have someone come in & clean & can't put another person it it!) or we can get you a room in a place in town for $60-$150 (+ 17% tax) so you can store your luggage & have a place to clean up before heading to the airport.

These owners don't desire to have people smoking inside their home, small kids (it's for the kids safety), nor partiers.
