V111 is up the hill a bit at the southern end of Amapas near the border of Old Town/SouthSide & Conchas Chinas near the southern end of Muertos Beach!!! Depending on when it is - V111 MAY be rented as a 5-bedroom or 6-bedroom villa (they lock off the unrented room. NO outside guest would use the pool/facilities) & possibly a 7-bedroom (only with 7+ nights). Suites 1 & 2 Each of the THREE (3) 2-bedroom, 2 bathrooms fully self-contained units has a kitchenettes (with new/newer appliances [no ovens]), Livingroom, Separate Entrance, balcony, cable tv, cd player, phone for local calls, a King bed in each bedroom & INTERNET CONNECTION!!! The VERY SPACIOUS Main Casa has a spacious Master Bedroom and Guest Bedroom, a kitchenette, a spacious common area with a HUGE banquet couch (great for seminar attendees or a party!!) & a view to the Bay. The common patio is home to the 14'x10', 4' deep Dipping Pool & a wet bar (the pool is NOT "secluded" so you get to keep your clothes on since neighbors CAN see in & you don't want to be kicked out or arrested I'm sure!!). The property has a washer/dryer (I'm sure your Housekeeper is VERY happy to assist you in doing your personal laundry for a NICE tip!!). Each unit has pretty strong ceiling fans (there's air-conditioning in ONLY ONE unit but most of the year you don't need a/c or even the ceiling fans usually). V111 is about a 5-8 min. walk (one way to go is down about 120 steps towards the southern end of Muertos Beach [great for those gym boys that feel the MUST keep the workout process going!!!]). There are many stairs in V111 & partial bay views. You can also purchase separate packages which can include Tennis at a neighboring mainstream tourist hotel. Pets MAY be accepted with a few Letters of Reference, an additional Fee PLUS a $500 Pet Deposit (that may be withheld in part or all IF you don't "curb" your dog. |
