This newer, 6-1/2 bedroom, 5 level villa sleeps 12-14 people & is on the lower end of Conchas Chinas hill side offering you WONDERFUL views, a large pool at a GREAT price!!
When you arrive into your villa, your Cook will have gone to the market & do your Pre-Arrival Marketing & have your fridge & cupboards filled with all the goodies you need + prepare dinner your first night (dinner served on/before 8pm.

Later can be done for an additional fee. A cook may not be available for arrivals on Mexican holidays or Sunday. You mail us at least $200+ towards groceries).
Depending on which Custom Package you choose these will either be the only services offered or you can have a cook for 2 meals a day/6 days a week & LOTS more (normally she sits down & plans the menu with you in the morning for dinner that day & breakfast the next day)!!!

Included is her time to/from the market (you pay all transportation & tip costs), preparation, serving & clean-up. You also pay her taxi to/from the market & home at night as well as her tips. Food, drinks & incidentals come from your $200 grocery $.

Each bedroom has air-conditioning & views (no view in the 2nd bedroom in Unit 1). There is a phone for local calls.
The Groundsman maintains the pool, landscaping & grounds & the Housekeeper does the basic 3 times a week (additional days or heavier cleaning, dishes, etc. is available for a fee. Not on Sun. or Mexican holidays).
Penthouse - Has a King bed, marble throughout, awesome views, 2 balconies, a spiral staircase leads up to a beautiful vista, kitchenette, living/dining area. It's one level up from street level.
Level 1 - Street Level - An open entry way where you could park up to 2 cars & entrance at street level.
Level 2 - Unit 1 - The large living room has vaulted ceilings & a wall of windows giving wonderful bay & jungle views, a full dining room for 6 (with heavy carved wood furniture), long balcony, a full kitchen with service for up to 10 & breathtaking views. A tiny tv alcove has a vcr, stereo & 2 Twin trundle beds (they also have 3 Twin rollaway beds available for kids).
Casa Grande - The spacious Master Suite has marble floors, a large Roman shower/tub (3/4 windows), a King bed with netting, air-conditioning & a large closet (this is a "Vicki's Slept There" suite!!).
The 2nd bedroom has 2 Double beds, a bathroom & air-conditioning (no view).
Level 3 - 3 bedrooms - King, air-conditioning, bathroom • King, air-conditioning, bathroom • Double, air-conditioning, bathroom This level is where you'll find the washer & dryer.
Level 4 - Terrace.
Level 5 - Down more steps you'll find a nice size pool with a diving board (rare!), a palapa bar with electricity, sink & b'bque!

You're responsible to return the keys to the manager. Failure to return keys will mean a re-keying fee for the whole house & each bedroom - $100+ from your security deposit. Individual keys are $5 each (keys ain't cheap in Vallarta as they're unique shapes!!).

You can take the stairs by the pool down to Hwy. 200 (use at your own risk) & walk just 5-7 minutes to Conchas Chinas Beach from the backside steps or a 12-15 min. walk to Muertos Beach.
V103 is just a 3-4 minute taxi ride (approximately $2.50-$3) to the heart of the action of Old Town/SouthSide.
