_01 Beachfront Junior Suite with Kitchenette

The _01 rooms - the Beachfront Junior Suites with Kitchenette are BY FAR the MOST SPACIOUS & BEST rooms in G5!!! They have the largest balcony facing the Bay (it's a giant bay NOT an ocean - we say it like it IS!! That's like saying Berkely is on the "ocean" in our book), table & chairs & in MOST people's opionion that have seen the rooms - are WELL worth the extra $$?Investment in YOURSELF!!! Some people say "I don't need a kitchen" & to that I respond "So, you won't use the fridge to store your cervesas/ beers or make a margarita?!?!??!" (that will save you a few $$s right there - to buy dinner or another silver ring!!) Honor yourself - YOU DESERVE IT & you'll notice a BIG difference!!! DEFINITELY THE room for those that desire to impress their new friends!!! These go first so don't wait on them (there's not much of a water view in #101, #201 & #301 but you do face West so you can enjoy the "view" off your balcony!!)

Standard Beachfront Room

JUST a room & bathroom but they face the bay/beach & have a small balcony. The rooms are smaller. Some have a King Bed while others have 2 Twin or 2 Double beds in the same room.

Others are SIDE ROOMS - most with a PARTIAL Bay View (there's no real view in _07 rooms but they do have kitchenettes. _08 rooms have a Southern/Jungle view & a patio off the stairs [not closed off] - we don't leave nothin' out - we say it like it is!!). Some are Efficiencies with kitchenettes in the room (MUCH needed to store your cervesas/ beers!!!).

The Lobby is where you can register for tours & reserve your massage. Also open now is a Boutique with Blue Chairs logo everything from shirts & caps to playing cards.

The Rooftop Deck is also where you'll find G5's small "dipping pool" (only about 21/2 feet deep)

The Blue Chairs Rooftop Bar hosts THE Afternoon Sunset Happy Hour (this now is THE place to be for Sunsets!!), Gay Bingo, Gay Karaoke, Drag shows & GREAT Panoramic Views where EVERYONE (hotel guests & the non-guests alike) is welcome!! Hidden behind the bar is where you'll find the Blue Moon Restaurant - dine alfresco (under the stars!!!) & enjoy a Tasty Menul!!

This is THE place where MOST of the key gay activities happen in the afternoon & early evening (till AT LEAST around 10pm!)!!!!

The front-desk staff is there to take care of you 24 hours a day!! There's even a massage therapist (legit!!!) on site during specific hours (by appointment which books up early so don't wait!). On premise laundry service is available (not self-service).

Changes/improvements abound in this hotel & at the beach with each being fixed/cleaned up & the rif-raf's been removed!!

Since this is a "hotel" - like most other hotels - all rooms are "Run-of House" meaning no specific room NUMBER is locked/guaranteed assigned till you arrive. What IS guaranteed is a specific room CATEGORY & bed types!! Bed type is either two Twin beds, two Double beds, one-Double bed or one King bed (bed type can't be guaranteed unless you need 2 beds - see "**"). "Beachfront" rooms FACE West/the Bay but because of the palapa on the beach - rooms on the 1st-3rd floors have a VERY limited BEACH view thought they're GREAT for "people watchin'!"

G5 is an "Adults-ONLY property - ALL guests MUST BE 18 years of age & older.

UPON CHECK-IN, ALL GUESTS WILL BE GIVEN AN ID BRACELET TO WEAR AT ALL TIMES WHILE ON PROPERTY.

Deposit Options - #1-Pay in full by check. #2- a check for 35% (of the pre-tax amount) is paid to Doin it Right or your travel agent along wtih 15% & 1/2 of the taxes charged to your credit card upon booking. The balance is charged to your credit card 60 days before departure (possibly workable with balance).
