Located at the Southern part of this area on Amapas - across the street/diaganol to the Tropicana Beachfront Hotel on Amapas - you're just one building behind from the beach, 1-2 minute walk around the corner to the Blue Chairs Gay Beach & just 1-15 minutes to GREAT restaurants, clubs, shopping & it ALL!!

Each of the Efficiency, Studio or 1-Bedroom units is surrounded by tropical vegetation & most offer you either an open or enclosed balcony, deck or patio to enjoy the flora & fauna & peace!!

Each Casita has 1-2 beds, some have an additional Futon (you MUST indicate this when booking to guarantee more than one bed), a Bathroom with shower, most have a small basic kitchenette area with a small fridge, coffee maker & microwave, hot plate or toaster oven (if a kitchenette or cooking apparatus is needed - please indicate before arrival to guarantee it. No stoves).

Depending on which unit you are in, there can be many stairs (between 0-120 steps from Amapas) through lush tropical vegetation with places to stop & rest on your way down!!! Rooms aren't real bright (especially lower ones). No pool.

This is NOT a place for partiers or noisy people & those not being considerate may be removed.

There is no live-in manager on-site though you will have people to call just in case. Keys will either be picked up & returned at Cyber Smoothie (around the corner) or someone will meet you at the property.

Arrivals between 10pm & 9am must pay for a private arrival (request price based on hour, type, date).

Prices quoted are for 1-2 people. Additional guests are +$10 plus 17% tax for each ($11.70). Prices in ( ) included the 17% tax.

Remote Control operated Air-Conditioning is Available in Rooms 1 & 2 for + $3 (US$)/day (no remote control without pre-paying).

The spacious One BEDROOM unit is located at the TOP of this complex (up 120 steps of luscious grounds) giving you a partial Bay & City view.

The bedroom has a Queen size bed. The Living Room/Common Space has a full size bed, love seat, table & chairs & Cable TV & an old small basic Kitchenette (see above for more details) with a small fridge, coffee maker & toaster oven & small Balcony.

The Bathroom has a shower. This unit has not been remodeled (our first guest loved it and said you could enter also from Hwy. 200 above & have less steps!).

Sleeps 1-4 (+$10/pp for 3+).

No view. Sleeps 1-4 (+$10/pp for 3+).
