In its hey-day - this eclectic European style decor, more upscale, "Mexatarranean Villa" B&B was a favorite of the Hollywood & designer crowd & was used in "Revenge" with Kevin Costner & Anthony Quinn as well as many fashion shoots. Past celeb guests included Perry Ellis & many others!
G3 has been awarded the "Editor's Choice Award for Elegance & Style" from Out & About a few times!!!
New owners came in a few years ago & spruced & cleaned up & refurbished this villa though they've maintained its unique atmosphere!!
Built & created by it's VERY original owner Silver, this "whimsical antiquity by the sea" offers you 7 VERY UNIQUE suites, each cluttered with antiques, interesting "junque," curios & original art - each with their own living room or sitting area, kitchenette (unless indicated), ceiling fans (because of the openness of this property, only a 3 suites have air-conditioning) & a special private bathroom. Most suites are very romantic.
Mid-level is the Common Area where everyone comes together to make new friends to explore Vallarta with & enjoy your complimentary full breakfast cooked to order Mon.-Sat. from 9-10am in the sitting room or on the terrace or palapa-roofed dining area offering you gorgeous bay views!
G3 - Quinta Maria Cortez hugs the hillside down 7 flights of stairs (no elevator), passing a small dipping pool & sun deck onto to a rocky beach (there are sandy areas nearby) on a cove on Conchas Chinas Beach (the area just south of Old Town/SouthSide/Muertos Beach), G3 - Quinta Maria Cortez is close to tide pools - perfect for wading. A terrace fronting the beach supports Roman columns draped in ivy & has chairs for taking in the sunset.
You're just a few minutes by taxi & about a 15-20 minute hike to the Southern end (Blue/Green Chairs) of Old Town/SouthSide/Muertos & another 10-15 minute walk to the clubs, Restaurant Row & shopping - the heart of OT/SS!!
Suites #3 & #4 are the best for someone with mobility/stairs issues that still wants to enjoy the villa!!
G3 - Quinta Maria Cortez is great for couples wanting a wonderful romantic getaway or solo's needing a relaxing place to escape!!

Holiday payment - balance due 95 days prior to arrival.
You are able to charge 80% + the tax to your credit card in G3 (the balance is sent by check to Doin it Right-in Puerto Vallarta).

SUITE #3
Accessible from the Street Level, Suite #3 has floor to ceiling windows & folding French doors showing off spectacular bay views! The suite features a King size canopy bed & a Twin size antique bed for lounging.
There are 2 balconies opening from the bedroom & bathroom. The large bathroom includes a tub with a bay-view. There is NO kitchenette though you have a refrigerator & coffee pot. This suite has air-conditioning & is best for someone with mobility/stairs issues. Can sleep up to 3.

The only suite with its own private entrance accessible from the street - Suite #4 is a small suite has a Queen size bed on a loft above the kitchenette with a Twin day bed & sitting area below. A small bathroom adjoins the living area.
Jessica offers the sounds & ambiance of the bay directly below though there is no real view making this suite the perfect one for someone(s) wanting to still enjoy the house yet not spending much time in the suite while still being VERY affordable!! This suite has air-conditioning & is best for someone with mobility/stairs issues. Can sleep up to 3.

The VERY unique & eclectic former owner's personal apartment was THE site for MANY FABULOUS parties & visiting jet setters in it's hey-day!!! In the original artwork - Suite #2 even has a domed ceiling painted by the late Vallarta artist Manuel Lepe!
A combined bedroom/bathroom area features a King size bed, overstuffed sitting area, a non-working fireplace that is open, revealing the bay, sunken tub/shower & a separate water closet & even a bidet making this a VERY special suite!!! The living room & kitchenette area even has a formal dining table. 2 balconies also offer seating & spectacular views. Can sleep up to 2.

This 2-bedroom Penthouse Suite now has a complete roof over the suite & offers breath-taking views of the bay from your private rooftop sun terrace.
It features a King bed that opens to the parlor area & separate second bedroom with a Queen bed & air conditioning.
The spacious bathroom has a large shower/tub with views south to Los Arcos!
Two balconies open the suite to the bay below. An intricately carved wooden bar divides the living room from the kitchenette in this 1200 sq. foot apartment.

There is a limited view from within the suite however the garden terrace & pool level just outside your door provide a quiet area for sunning or a refreshing swim. Can sleep up to 4.
