This beachfront complex is located 2 condos south of the Rio Cuale in Old Town • SouthSide • Muertos Beach (just south of Vista del Sol) – CC3 is a more upscale building with a more conservative, older crowd (NO partiers here or you might loose your security deposit) & has only 42 units making it the smallest beachfront condo complex on Muertos Beach. They have a 12'x15' rooftop pool, an elevator, maid service 3 times a week (Tues., Thurs. & Sat. If arriving or departing on a Sunday there's an additional $15 fee), washer & dryer in the complex & there's a ramp here for those with mobility challenges.

The units FACING the beach are all 2-bedrooms & one VERY VERY upscale ($$$$) 3-bedroom unit. 1-bedrooms are side units with VERY limited bay views (from the balcony) & there are VERY FEW 1-bedrooms. The units range from very basic all the way up to a VERY VERY upscale 3-bedroom. Plaza Mar is one of the closest complexes to Restaurant Row & Club Paco Paco! Parking is only on the street (VERY limited – ESPECIALLY in Peak Season/Mexican holidays!!!)

Each of the beachfront condos has a kitchen (ranging from basic amenities/"stuff" to THE works!!), livingroom, equal # of bathrooms to bedrooms, air-conditioning in bedrooms, ceiling fans, balconies (view varies), cable tv, phone for local & long distance calls. Each units decor varies A LOT by if it's just VERY basic or REALLY nice as do their prices (FYI - just because an owner says "ocean view [it's REALLY a giant bay so it's TRUTHFULLY a "Bay View"] doesn't necessarily mean the UNIT faces the bay. To some "not so honest" owners a "bay view" can mean you see the bay from standing on the corner of your balcony!).

1-bedrooms (only a few & booked WELL in advance!!) start at $90+/Value Season to $120+ in Peak Season. 2-bedrooms range from ’00 - $95+/night, ‘01-$105+/night -*Super Summer Special July-Sept., 7 night min. o $115+ Regular Value/low season o $138+ Shoulder Season (May, June & October) o Average: $180-$200++ in Peak Season (Nov.-April, excluding Holidays).

The 3-bedroom is 7,000 sq' [5,500 sq' of living/indoor space] with it's own maid 6 days a week & a nice size hot water jacuzzi on the balcony + a jacuzzi tub in the Master Suite!!! Bedding is King/King & 2-Double/full size beds. $500+/night-Value Season.

CC3 has a beachfront restaurant & you're close to some of the best restaurants in Vallarta!

Condos In This Building Include:

C302 is a higher unit, and has a full bay view from the Livingroom & large Master suite (with a king bed & bathroom. This is one of the few properties where the Master bedroom has a door that opens onto the balcony facing the bay!!) & 2 Twins that push together to make into a King bed in the 2nd bedroom.

The livingroom has a big tv, vcr, boombox with cassette, a small cable tv & a spacious balcony! The kitchen is stocked with most modern conveniences including a microwave! Diego Rivera prints, reupholstered furniture, lots of tile & a nice decor are highlights in this home owned by an architect.
