All units in this newer (completed in 1990) 111 unit beachfront condo complex on Muertos Beach - the first building just south of Rio Cuale - are 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom & 1,450 square feet. This complex offers you a more upper moderate feel, with satellite tv, living/dining rooms, full kitchen with the basics (coffee maker, blender++), & most units have Mexican/National decor.
2 bedroom: bedrooms have 1 King and 2 Twin beds unless noted otherwise.
Living/dining rooms: units include nicely appointed living & dining areas
Bathrooms: 2 bath
Kitchen: a full kitchen with the basics (coffee maker, blender++)
Unless noted, units have 1 King and 2 Twin beds (that you can push together to make a King).
The rooftop offers wonderful views & a large (22'x63') lap pool. There's a washer & dryer in the complex.
The complex has a beachfront restaurant & bar with beach & ROOM SERVICE (during Peak Season, pending notification during Value Season) & you're close to some of the best restaurants, clubs & shops in Vallarta!
The maid does the basics 3 days a week (additional days +$5 day or for an additional tip for heavier cleanup like dishes, etc.)
This is not a building for real partiers. Though the beach is nice, because of the close proximity to the Rio Cuale, you may want to swim further down.

The previous owners have sold their home & the new owner is welcoming guests at this spectacular 2-bedroom, 2-bath BEAUTIFULLY remodeled condo located on the North side/top floor of a beachfront condo complex just South of the Rio Cuale (CLOSE to clubs, Restaurant Row & GREAT shopping!!).
Special Features Include - SUMPTUOUS Mexican Contemporary detail!!! A raised domed & vaulted ceilings (cupola) & GORGEOUS marble walled bathrooms (with a shower/tub in one bathroom & just a shower in the other).
Larger lower BEACHFRONT 2-bedroom condo just south of the Rio Cuale ON Muertos Beach with Balcony off Bedroom & Livingroom & BIG Tub/shower!
Our cheapest!!! A 2-bd, low side unit, in a beachfront COMPLEX on Muertos Beach!!! One of the safest units for small kids!!!
NICE higher more recently renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom beachfront is located at the condo at the northern end of Muertos Beach in Old Town/Southside with all the conviences of home like a microwave, cable tv, cd boombox. The rooftop lap pool is the largest pool on Muertos Beach!! Housekeeping is 6 days a week. Front desk staff is 24/7. safest units for small kids!!!
C125 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom side unit condo located in the first beachfront condo complex - just south of the Rio Cuale - the start of the Muertos Beach/SouthSide/Old Town area making it MUCH closer to the clubs, Restaurant Row & shopping.
This unit is a lower-level moderate decor side unit (facing north) though you have a partial bay view from the balcony & Master bedroom.
The Master Bedroom has a King bed, tv & private bathroom with a big tub. The 2nd has 2 Twin beds that can push together to make into a King (like in 95% of the beachfront 2-bedroom condos) & utilizes the 2nd bathroom in the hall.
The Livingroom has a tv, bay view from the Twin Banquet on the eastern couch (unfortunately no stereo or boombox as they've both been stolen) & a Twin banquet (can sleep one more with permission & for an extra fee). The full Kitchen has all the conveniences of home including a microwave. There are 2 newer air-conditioners in the bedrooms.
This complex has the largest pool (on the rooftop. It's a lap pool) of any of the beachfront complexes. They have a great Front Desk staff available 24/7!
