BEST FEATURE in this recently COMPLETELY OVERHAULED & GUTTED 1+ bedroom unit???  Where DO I start?!?!?!?!

The Bathrooms are the NICEST in the building!!  One is in the Bedroom & the other off the Hall.  Both have a NICE walk-in shower with the shower head that can be hand held & one even ALSO has one of those overhead shower head.  Both also have a toilet.  They both share a WAYYYY COOL sink in the hall (I just LOVE that sink!!). 

This kitchen is FRESH!!!  White!  White!  White!!!  ALL NEW APPLIANCES (fridge, microwave, toaster, blender & a full working stove/oven!)!!!

The LIVINGROOM has a cd boombox, a small cable tv (ultra basic cable) & a REAL DOUBLE BED  (that by day pushes back half hidden under that counter that separates the Livingroom from the Kitchenette - add the foam bolsters & vuala - it looks like a couch!! [ala those 70's beds!!!]) along with another built-in "banquet" couch & a NEW AIR-CONDITIONER. 

There's a NEW King bed in the bedroom & a lighted ceiling fan (no a/c).

There are LOTS of touches/fixtures throughout!!  

The livingroom opens onto a balcony with GREAT bay views!!

Housekeeping is every other day (you can get it more frequently for an additional 45-pesos each time [plus tip/propina of course!]). There are no phones in the rooms but you can use the phone in the office or the pay phone by the pool.

The complex is located a block as the crow flies behind the Blue Chairs Beach.  There are two entrances - the main one (where you enter to check in) is located off of Highway 200.  The 2nd entrance is off Amapas Street (there are 43 steps to walk up from here to the Pool/Office area & where you catch the elevator).

You can take one of two routes to get to the beach - one (the easy one - DEFINATELY the one back for many [personally, I'm lazy so I often take a taxi back to the top entrance!!]) - walk down the 43 steps to Amapas & go Right, make your first Left & walk around in front of 2 condo complexes. 

The 2nd (for those more in shape/fit folks [though I can do it going DOWN to the beach fine]) - walk down the 43 steps to Amapas & go Left about 20' & walk down 98 steps & you're RIGHT THERE at the Blue Chairs Beach!!!

This condo is located in a building that welcomes ALL types of people 18+ that believe in treating each other with equal respect though the clientelle is predominately gay (we do NOT promote this complex as a "party place" & it usually isn't but everything depends on the guests that are there).

The staff in this complex is one of the BEST!!!  VERY accommodating!!  They also provide Concierge service & can assist you with booking your tours, jeeps, making restaurant reservations - whatever you need (legal!!)!!!

They have a nice large pool.  The office is open from 9am-5pm (inquire about holiday hours). 

Have more people in your group??   Take over the next unit - #701 to give you 3-bedrooms and #705 to give you the WHOLE FLOOR and 5-bedrooms!
