V134 is a fabulous upscale 5 bedroom, 5 1/2 bath, 12,000 sq’ (including grounds) vacation retreat estate that is located right on the bay, 2 miles/3.5 km from town (because of the one-lane each way “highway” - this drive takes you about 8 minutes by taxi or bus to the heart of Old Town/SouthSide).

Escape the fast paced world through ornate, hand-carved wooden doors into a sunlit courtyard, which includes a furnished palapa-covered sitting area where you can stare out at Banderas Bay or watch a sunset amidst the relaxed garden setting. Crossing through the courtyard heading towards the house you pass the live-in staffs quarters - there to add extra security. Pass lots of greenery, bright flowers, a peaceful flowing stream & waterfall & cross over a small footbridge & enter the Grand Room/Main Palapa.

MAIN PALAPA - GRAND ROOM

This 60 sq’ marble-tiled Grand Room•Common Space•LivingRoom is the heart of V134 & consists of two levels under a huge palapa.

Down a few steps you enter the Livingroom with a full-size POOL TABLE, 20’ sofa, Surround-Sound stereo, cd player, tv/dvd, satellite tv, fax machine & a 1/2 bath.

The Dining area has FOUR - 4-person marble dining tables (which convert into one 12 person table) & a spacious balcony offers you a 180º bay view!

Walk up a few steps up off the Upper Level to the main KITCHEN equipped with a commercial range, side-by-side refrigerator, microwave & stove & huge center island work station for your Chef to prepare your meals (up to 2 meals a day Mon.-Sat.) & a state-of-the-art water purification system.

Off the Main Palapa is a Wet Bar with a sink, 3 stools, marble top, cocktail table with 4 chairs – perfect for afternoon Sunset Happy Hour!

Another balcony offers you a 150º bay view.

As you leave the Grand Room, use either the grand spiral staircase or climb into the cable car (which stops at each level taking you down to the waters edge [NO beach]. Otherwise there are MANY stairs throughout this property!!), both provide access to this sprawling estate. Covered walkways marked with dozens of flowering tropical plants enable guests to meander from room to room & level to level.

BEDROOMS 1 & 2

Bedroom #1 has a King size bed, tv, 25’ balcony with Bay Views!

Bedroom #2 has two Twin beds (that can convert into a king), a love seat, tv & 25’ balcony with table & 2 chairs & Bay Views!

Both rooms are furnished with private bathrooms with in-suite showers, phone, large closets & quiet remote controlled air-conditioning.

MASTER SUITE #3

Enter the Master Suite through a tastefully done wrought iron gateway which provides complete privacy & security. The suite features a King size pedestal bed facing the bay along with 2 sitting areas between cascading stairs & white marble flooring. Relax to the sounds of the bay on the shore only 100’ away, or open the full-length glass doors & sink into either the sofa or 2 lounge chairs nestled on the 78’ veranda/balcony with a 150º bay view & take in the cool evening breeze.

The adjoining His & Her bathrooms provide luxurious bathing & pampering in separate BATHTUBS. There’s even a BIDET!!! Each bathroom leads to its own spacious closet/dressing area. A small refrigerator is at your disposal. Mornings can be spent with your coffee or tea, taking in the view from either sitting area. The Master Suite also has a TV/DVD, phone & air-conditioning.

BAYFRONT TERRACE LEVEL

Stroll down a few stairs from guestrooms #4 & #5 to the pergola-covered Bayfront Terrace, where you will find a wonderful waterfront outside livingroom suitable for year-round use. Enjoy the tranquility of watching each wave over a meal served out of the fully equipped kitchen just a few feet away. This terrace kitchen is perfect for providing meal service to the pool, pergola & lower level areas. It contains a side-by-side refrigerator, ice maker, dishwasher, stove & microwave. Several steps below the Bayfront Terrace is the Breakers area, which offers a romantic patio right at water's edge.

BEDROOMS #4 & #5
(located on the Bayfront Terrace level)

BEDROOM 4 - Relax on the Queen size bed while you listen to wave after wave roll in or view the whimsical wall painting orchestrated by one of Puerto Vallarta's local artists in your air-conditioned suite. The bathroom has a shower & a BATHTUB!! Enjoy quiet time on the terrace beneath the large shade tree. Bedroom #4 is just few steps away is the Bayfront Terrace with it’s kitchen & pool.

BEDROOM 5 - This spacious room offers a glorious view of the nearby Bay of Banderas through its large picture frame windows. Relax on the King size canopy bed while the bay breeze laps over you or cool down even more with the help of the dual air-conditioning units. Converse with friends & relatives around the coffee table surrounded by a couch & 2 chairs or escape through the back door to the inviting flower gardens. A double sofa-a-bed completes the room. The bathroom has a shower & a BATHTUB!! There is NO balcony in Bedroom 5. A short stroll will take you to the bay terrace, kitchen & pool.

POOL

Enjoy in the 22’ diameter circular, heated (upon request) POOL equipped with pool volleyball & floats while a waterfall cascades from above. An adjoining palapa covered Wet Bar & Entertainment Area (with a table & 4 chairs & a built-in sofa for 8) makes it possible to enjoy a meal or drink without changing your location. Ample pool deck space set amidst the surrounding rocks lends itself to sunbathing on chaise lounges or to curling up with a book under an umbrella as waves roll onto shore a few feet below.

The Pool Room - Go down a few steps from the Bayfront Terrace to the palapa-roofed cabana which opens directly to the pool, complete with bathroom with a shower, a Twin hide-a-bed, desk & printer, phone & Air-Conditioning & bay view. (this room has NO balcony or closet)

Take the Incline elevator/cable car (that serves each level of the property) down to the waters edge & enjoy a large tidal pool below.

STAFF

Staff is there to assist you Mon.-Sat. The staff includes a Cook to prepare up to 2 meals a day. Your Housekeeper takes GOOD care of you & is even HAPPY to do your personal laundry for a NICE tip (though that’s not part of her duties. There’s a Washer/Dryer). Your On-Site Houseman/Mozo takes care of the grounds, is happy to assist you with serving drinks by the pool (for nice tips of course since again – that’s not part of his normal “duties”) & living on-site, he also provides extra Security 24/7 (plus all access points are locked).
