Enter down a curved flight of stairs, through a beautiful garden, into the large entry hall with the open-air atrium of this beautiful, upscale, beachfront (a small beach that can disappear with the tide), 6-bedroom, 6-1/2 bath, 8,000 square feet (6,000 square feet of interior + an additional 2,000 square feet of terraces, patios & pool space) villa.
The main level features a large living room, dining room, deck overlooking the bay & a professional kitchen with a 22' cupola (vaulted ceiling). Descend into the fountain courtyard off which are a small bedroom, 2 large Master Suites (one even has it's own kitchenette & a jacuzzi tub) opening out onto a sundeck with your small secluded heated dipping pool & palapa roofed bar with great bay views.
Bedding: King/King/2-Queens/2-Twins/2-Doubles & 2-Twin beds [like a 2-bedroom apartment].
Most rooms open onto decks & patios lending to a very open feel.
Enjoy air-conditioned bedrooms, a jacuzzi bathtub in the Master Suite, wonderful bay views, satellite tv, vcr, cd sound system, phone (for local calls, a $1,000 check deposited for 2 months is required to access long distance calls) & fax, high-tech reverse osmosis drinking water system throughout, terraces, a safe, & beautiful antique & contemporary paintings & art objects.
Either use their cook (up to 6 hours/2 meals a day, 6 days a week) or enjoy cooking yourself in the professional fully staffed kitchen!
There's a staff of 4 (cook, maid, groundsman & mozo that oversees the workers [no houseman serving you drinks by the pool but I'm sure the cook would be very accommodating with the right tips!]).
V129 is located just 2 miles/10 min. by taxi or bus South of Old Town & about a 10 minute walk to the Camino Real (a sandy beach is just 6-10 minutes or you can use Camino Real's beach facilities for approx. $15/day per person).
This property is great if you may be adding on additional guests into the adjoining villas (three 3-bedroom villas makes a total of 15 rooms available able to sleep 30 people!).
