As you walk up approximately 25 steps (there are LOTS of stairs here!), the pool & patio appear as you approach the doors to the beautiful Common Space/Livingroom level.  The Livingroom has two thick, comfy, cushiony (rare!!) banquet couches (a "banquet" is a permanent cement couch), a DVD/VCR, cd stereo system, Cable tv INCLUDES CNN & a ceiling fan.  The Dining Room table seats 8 & has a ceiling fan. 

French Doors open onto the patio & the 8'x15' - 4' deep Dipping Pool (it is NOT heated.  Gotta keep the clothes ON in this pool since nearby neighbors can see in!!  You wouldn't want to get kicked out would ya???).  The Kitchen has all of the amenities of a U.S. kitchen INCLUDING a DISHWASHER AND a GARBAGE DISPOSAL (BOTH are VERY RARE in Vallarta!!!), microwave, blender, fridge, blender, stove, granite countertops, marble floors & an Iron & Ironing Board.  This floor also has a 1/2 bath.

Go up the winding staircase with stained glass windows to the 2nd floor Master Suite - a BIG highlight in V119 with a nice size SECLUDED Hot Water JACUZZI Tub (EASILY for 2+.  Hot Water is RARE in MOST Jacuzzis in Vallarta!!) & a BIDET!!!  This 30'x20' Suite has an inside Sitting Area PLUS French Doors opening onto a Palapa covered balcony with table & chairs & wonderful views of the City down below & the Bay!!  You have a King size bed, tv & vcr & Air-Conditioning in this suite. 

The third level finds Bedroom #2 with 2 Queen beds, a balcony with fabulous views, Air-Conditioning, City &/or Bay Views, a ceiling fan, a private bathroom with a shower & the 3rd bedroom with a Queen size bed, another balcony with fabulous views, Air-Conditioning, City &/or Bay Views, a ceiling fan, a private bathroom with a shower.  

A separate Mother-in-Law Studio Apartment is above the garage giving you a PRIVATE self-contained 4th sleeping area with a kitchenette with a microwave, table & 4 chairs, small bathroom with a shower & 2 twin beds that can push together to make into a King bed. It also has Air-Conditioning, a ceiling fan, a private bathroom with a shower.  There is no view to speak of here.

There is a phone to make local calls & to RECEIVE international calls.

The WHOLE house is on a water purification system (though personally I ONLY drink purified BOTTLED water & make ice cubes from purified bottled water)!!!!

Staff INCLUDES a husband/wife team - Vanessa your Housekeeper (who is VERY HAPPY to do your personal laundry for a NICE TIP [since that?s NOT her job]!!  You can use the Washer & Dryer if you desire to do it yourself [why anyone would do laundry on vacation when they can have someone do it for them is WAYYYYY beyond my realm of thinking!!]) & COOK Carlos (Mon.-Sat. -  not on Sun. or on Mexican holidays!).  They?ll take GOOD care of you (if they see you taking good care of them!!)!! 

NO kids or pets.

A 2 car garage provides off-street parking for your rental vehicle (though they're HIGHLY NOT suggested & DEFINITELY NOT needed!!).

This house MAY be able to be rented for a reduced rate if only using 3 bedrooms during Value/Low season & with 7+ night rentals.
