Located in near the 2nd entrance to Conchas Chinas - the "Beverly Hills" of Vallarta - this FABULOUS 2-level, 3-bedroom, 4-bath, 3,000+ square foot, Penthouse condo is VERY MUCH like having your own private villa (the complex only has 12 units & is VERY lovely!)!!! V118 is a newly redecorated, slick/Moorish, upscale décor & just a few walls/doors on the first floor plus LOTS of windows giving you a VERY OPEN (indoor/outdoor) feel & SPECTACULAR VIEWS - private villa ambiance!!
The building is very secure, VERY QUIET & private & a GREAT place for entertaining quiet cocktail parties (please be considerate of your neighbors [you want them to be considerate of you yes??!!!] - please keep noise level down between 10pm & 9am)!!!
Walk down just 4 steps from the street & take the elevator up to the top floor. Open your door onto a beautiful entrance way looking across to a FABULOUS view of the bay - WELCOME!!
Your LIVING ROOM has no doors or windows - just WONDERFUL views & breezes!!! A cd stereo, direct tv & vcr, a huge banquet/couch, a Travertine coffee table, ceiling fans make this a special room!
Off the Living Room you'll find one of the MANY Terraces & your private SECLUDED HEATED (request in advance. Working heated pools are rare in Vallarta!) dipping pool (10’x7’ wide - 4-1/2’ deep) with 2 chase lounges, table & chairs!!
Your DINING ROOM can seat 6! There's even a FULL marble bathroom (with shower) on this level!!
Your KITCHEN has all the modern conveniences of home & then some - purified (filtration & ultra violet) water in the sink & ice maker that's VERY safe, a microwave PLUS a convection oven, table service for 12, an island for extra counter space, coffee maker & MORE!!
Up the Stairs you'll find a small Study Room with a desk for computer hookup (you bring the computer) with some of the most gorgeous view in the house!!
Each of the bedrooms/suites has beautiful views, air conditioner & ensuite marble bathroom with shower & tub.
Triple drapes - sheers, regular & black out are an additional special touch & rarity!!
Your Housekeeper changes the sheets twice a week & towels as needed (LOTS of towels - even beach towels!!).
Most properties only have one Master Bedroom but V118 has TWO Master Suites - each offering beautiful views!!
MASTER SUITE #1 - The spacious (14’x16' + two 15’ balconies) Master Suite has 2 doors opening onto a double terrace of the bay & the beach below - all the way heading North!! (check out who's down at the complexes large pool from the balcony!)!!
You have a King bed, chair & tv. Your dressing room even has a mini-fridge!! Your HUGE bathroom has a double marble sink & the LARGE tub & shower even has GORGEOUS view all the way out to Los Arcos & sunset from it!
MASTER SUITE #2 - This suite is actually a bit larger (14’x19’) than Master Suite #1 & you look down onto your dipping pool from your terrace as well as the bay, a Conchas Chinas neighborhood & jungle view.
You even have a jungle view from the shower/tub! The suite has 2 Double beds (they can push together to make a VERY LARGE bed!!)!!
The smaller 3rd BEDROOM faces the south side offering you jungle, mountain views & a bay view that extends down to Los Arcos!
A double door opens from the Study Area which gives you part of the Study Areas spectacular view!! The bathroom has a regular size bathtub/shower. It has 2 Twin beds that can put together to make into a King.
Other features - a Phone for local calls (long distance access is available (for a large cash deposit), washer/dryer, internet access (your own computer & MUST have a local dial-up # which is mainly just AOL).
Private stairs from the complex lead down to Highway 200 making it easier to access town/the beach. V118 is just a 5-8 minute walk to Conchas Chinas Beach. It's only about a 20 minute walk to the Blue/Green Chairs (you'll probably want to take a taxi home - about $3!!).
The complex has a large common pool with a palapa!!! This complex is sooooo nice that the owners of a few of Vallarta's better businesses live here!!
STAFF
Unless you have our very basic package - included is:
- A VERY good HOUSEKEEPER does the basics (including dishes within reason!!)(if you desire her to do laundry, ironing, please be VERY generous with your tips as you go as those are not her job)
- Each morning your COOK will help you plan the menu for that night & breakfast the next day. At that time please give her the $$ for the groceries & her taxi’s. When she returns she’ll give you the receipts & your change. She can prepare up to 2 meals a day (please make arrangements as early as in advance with her so she can schedule her time as well. She serves till 9pm so after that you must be VERY generous with her - suggestion - an additional $15+ [PLUS regular tips & her taxi home of course]. She's non-English speaking. Inquire for rates for an English speaking cook)
- A PRIVATE MOZO stops by every other day to check the pool & to see if you need anything (make sure to tip him well if you desire him to do any errands, etc.). Service workers work Mon. thru Sat. (Sun. or Mexican holidays for an extra fee if they're agreeable). A Houseman serving you drinks by the pool or Bartender for parties are also available (inquire for rates).

- Unless you have our very basic package - included is:
- Doin It Right-in Puerto Vallarta's one-way Vallarta Virgin Drive-By Grounding Greet Orientation tour (airport greet) for up to 6 people arriving together
- Pre-Arrival Marketing (you send an additional $150+ to cover groceries. We e-mail you a suggested grocery list).
NOT INCLUDED
- Food, drinks, incidentals, tips, transportation for the cook to/from the market & to/from the villa at night (you pay that daily).
