PRIVATE HILLSIDE VILLA WITH A VIEW!!

This VERY nice & spacious upper-moderate fairly secluded/private hillside 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom villa.
Located in the Alta Vista neighborhood (which does mean some "neighborhood sounds") on the hillside directly behind Old Town/SouthSide/Muertos Beach you're close enough to be a fairly easy walk to the things that count in Vallarta (just a 10-13ish minute walk down the cobblestone street lined hill to the Green & Blue Chairs beach, even less time to the night time action of Vallarta & only about 4 blocks from Restaurant Row!!)!! The wonderful El Palamar Restaurant is across the street & they'll deliver to you & even set up if they're not to busy!!
V145 is 2 blocks up the hill from Highway 200 & the Bel Air Gym in the Alta Vista neighborhood, the hill directly behind Old Town/SouthSide area.
In V145 you're just a fairly easy few minute walk down the small hill & midway between the Green Chairs beach & the night time action of Vallarta & only about 4 blocks from Restaurant Row!!
You might opt for an easy to find & inexpensive (about $2.25) taxi ride back up.
This villa offers you SPECTACULAR panoramic views of the bay, city & jungle, a really nice size pool (rare in Vallarta) & spacious deck, palapa table (a large thatched umbrella) & a bar.
The villa comes with 2 cable tv & a vcr, stereo, phone for local calls (long distance access available for a separate deposit), bright colors, a mini-gallery of artwork, a recently remodeled full kitchen with microwave, ceiling fans throughout, purified water system & windows looking out to the pool area, washer & dryer, surrounding grounds & gardens, high ceilings in the common space & Master Suites giving you a more open feeling.
The separate dining/sitting area is the focal point of the villa (along with the pool of course!!) with a beautiful tropical mural gracing the walls, massive arched portals & WONDERFUL views of the bay & city (what a way to wake up with your first cup of coffee!!!)!!!
There's even a gas log fireplace for those nippy (rare as they are) or romantic nights!!
Each bedroom has individually controlled air-conditioning, fans & private bathrooms.
The Upper Master Suite has a King bed, spectacular views of the bay & city from your bed, private bathroom, a sitting area, balcony, large closet, cable tv & is very private & spacious.
You enter the spacious Lower Master Suite from off of the pool & bar area with it's own patio space, cable tv, sitting area, private bathroom, large closet & King bed.
The 3rd & 4th small bedrooms each have 2 Twin beds that can push together to make into a King, a small closet & each have their own private bathroom with a shower (Bedroom #4 also has cable tv).
It can be rented as a 3-bedroom for a reduce fee (the 4th bedroom is locked off).
Your housekeeper comes to clean Mon.-Sat. (never on Sunday or Mexican holidays) & a mozo maintains the pool & grounds.
Included in our Full Package: Round-Trip Airport Transfer for up to 8 people arriving together (inquire for rate on separate arrivals), Pre-Arrival Marketing, the preparation of the Welcome Fiesta & a Cook for up to 2 meals a day (not on Sun. or Mexican Holidays [though for a fee - this can be arranged]. Most of these services are NOT included in any discounted/ultra-basic packages).
