Doin it Right in Puerto Vallarta

The ONLY reason this villa can be had at such a GREAT price is it's a NEW RENTAL PROPERTY & the owner's anxious to get it off the ground!!!

One of the cool/unique points in V109 - a 5 BEDROOM VILLA located between Old Town/SouthSide & Conchas Chinas (only about a 15 min. walk to the southern end of Muertos Beach) is to get to it youget to take Via Tizoc's funicular (those quaint little train things you take in the European Wine Countries to get up the hill to get to the vines!! Probably not for the faint at heart!) up the hill 1/2 way (otherwise you get to walk up or down LOTS of stairs [a VERY STEEP cobblestone street above or up a LOT of steps]).

V109 offers you a NICE SIZE POOL (by Vallarta standards. Approximately 15'x20' & 8' deep) with GREAT VIEWS of Banderas Bay!!

1st LEVEL - The Living Room (seats 12 on two banquets) has a cd boombox, dvd & basic cable tv with CNN & opens onto a nice Patio with two table & chairs (they can seat 6 & 4) & GREAT VIEWS!! Dining area table seats 6 & opens onto the Kitchen with all the conveniences of home including many NEW APPLIANCES like a blender, microwave, toaster, coffee maker.

The Master Bedroom has just one step making it a good room for someone with mobility issues (HANDICAP FRIENDLY.

If you have a wheelchair, you could go through the livingroom, outside to the deck & through the bedroom) as it also has has a dvd/cd player & basic cable tv, a King bed & private bathroom with a BIG step-down Roman TUB/shower, double sink & plants outside of a window.

This villa even has a WASHER & DRYER!

2nd LEVEL - Circular Stairs take you up to 4 more bedrooms - #2 - King bed with it's own bathroom (Palm bedspread). #3 - King bed (beige bedspread with netting). #4 - 2 Twins (they do NOT push together). #5 - 2 Twins that can push together to make into a King (but box frame so doesn't go all the way together) (rooms 3, 4 & 5 share a bathroom with a big shower/tub).

The villa has NO air conditioning though you would RARELY need it (especially Nov.-May!!) as you also have a NICE BREEZE along with quiet ceiling fans throughout (including the kitchen which is RARE!!).

Basic Housekeeping is done Mon.-Sat. (never on Sun. or Mexican Holidays).

If you're not doing the Airport Greet or Transfer, Pre-Arrival Marketing, Welcome Fiesta (one or most of which are normally included unless you're doing an Ultra Basic package which is RARE that we do it) &/or are coming in late, keys will be left in a Lockbox.

A cook is available for 1-2 meals a day (inquire for rates).

Note: If expecting visitors - you'll need to watch them since the only way to get up is via the funicular which is operated by key only. You'll be given ONLY 3 sets of keys so use lockbox to leave keys at if you need to gain more access. A Key is required to get into pool area (making it a good KID FRIENDLY pool) & key to get into house.

Smoking is ok but preferred outside - NOT in bedrooms!!! This is NOT a party villa (partiers WILL be removed!!). Kids are ok (a crib is availabe for free).
