Villa #1
Set up on a hilltop in Conchas Chinas - Villa #1offers you absolutely SUNSETS & SPECTACULAR VIEWS up & down the coast!!
2 separate living spaces gives guests in this 3-bedroom villa a bit of privacy from each other!!
The approximately 2,500 sq’ Main villa is on two levels - the ground level offers a VERY SECLUDED smaller pool (rare to find! Gives you the UTMOST in privacy!!!) & your common space with a fully equipped kitchen that even has a Dishwasher (even rarer!!) & the NEW Refrigerator has a Filtration System so it’s pretty ok to drink that water & make ice with it. The livingroom has a full stereo with cd & cassette hooked up to tv, washer/dryer & bathroom. There’s a B’bque on the deck (briquettes)!
Upstairs you have two EQUAL Master Suites (yet another rarity!) - each with a King bed & bathroom.
Other special touches here is a Mural created by Vallarta's own Baltazar (who created the mural in C201).
The Casita is a fully contained approximately 500 sq’ home with a bathroom, small livingroom & kitchenette. Upstairs is a Queen size loft bed & a small terrace with EXCELLENT sweeping views!!
Including the grounds - you have 3,400 sq.’ of grounds, decks & living space!!!
There's a phone for local calls or calling Mexican 800# (like for a calling card call. 7 digit dialing only which means you can't access 800#'s or cell phones from it. Long distance can be access with a $750 cash deposit that's held for 2-3 months pending the phone bill coming in).
A maid comes in 6 days a week (NEVER on Sunday or Mexican holidays) & a mozo maintains the pool.
The main entrance is a little complicated to find at first & down a very steep little private cul-de-sac (some taxi's will only drop you off at the top). After you've dropped off your luggage the other way to go is MUCH easier though it’s still up 3 flights of stairs. Past guests in this new rental property have ALL said it was very worth it though this is not a villa for those with physical challenges.
Being NEW in the rental market makes this Villa freshly spruced up & anxiously awaiting you!!!

Located close to the bottom of the 1st entrance to Conchas Chinas hill side 2-level, 2 bedroom, 2-bath private NICE traditional decor Mexican villa is just a 5-7 min. walk to Conchas Chinas beach (a 15 minute walk to the southern end of Muertos Beach. Restaurant Row, clubs & shopping are 7-10 minutes further south of that - or just an EASY 3-5 minute - $2.50 taxi ride or 40¢ bus ride).
The main level has a nice medium size pool, wet bar & a partial bay view, a spacious living/dining area with a stereo with cd (& a few cds), cable tv & vcr & the kitchen has LOTS of modern conveniences including a microwave.
The 2nd bedroom has 2-Twin beds that can push together to make into a King & bathroom with shower. Upstairs is the Master bedroom with a King bed & a bathroom with a large shower/tub & great bay views! The bedrooms have air-conditioning & there are fans around the house.

The two villas combined can be reented as a 5-bedroom or a 2-bedroom! These 2 properties connect by a few flights of stairs or you can enter Villa #2 from the street up the hill & around the corner in a soon to be gated community.
Your housekeeper comes to clean Mon.-Sat. (never on Sunday or Mexican holidays) & she'll prepare breakfast for you if you ask!! A mozo maintains the pool. There are 1-1/2 flights of stairs up to the villa!
These 3-bedroom & 2-bedroom villas can be rented together giving you a great 4 or 5 bedroom villa that are adjoined by stairs that connect the 2 properties. GOOD MATTRESSES!
