This quaint 3 level, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom casa is in Muertos just across from Meza del Mar & just a few blocks (3-5 minute walk) to the GREEN Chairs beach.
There's a rooftop sun deck with a small triangular dipping pool (cleaned 2 times a week), a patio off the living room offering a partial bay view, kitchen, fans & (no air/conditioning.

The master bedroom has a King bed & the other room has 2 Twins that can push together to make a king (please indicate if you want this).

The maid comes 2 times a week to do the basics (additional days or for heavier work-50pesos a day + tip. Please remember to tip the maid [I do it daily to get extra service!]).
