Enjoy the sights & breathtaking views of the bay, jungle & city & the spectacular lightening shows over the bay (June-Oct.) off your large deck as the villa complex at #V-102 welcomes those wanting to be away from it all yet be just 10 minutes south of the action & SouthSide/Muertos Beach (about 35¢ by bus or $4-$5+ by taxi).

Let the sounds of the bay & jungle lull you to sleep. The terraced villas laterally climbing up the side of the hill & Palo Marina Beach (a rocky beach) is just across the road though you have Garza Blanca Beach just a 5-7 minute walk away though the because they've just built some spectacular villas the beach is pretty small but very few people (though on the weekends many Nationals come down to enjoy this beach!!!).

You can rent this villa as a 3-bedroom, 2-bedroom or occasionally a 1-bedroom (they just lock off the 3rd floor/extra bedroom once you select which room you desire.

No other person will be renting the other room or has access to your pool/villa [except the maid of course!]. 1-bedroom not available in Peak Season or certain holidays).

The 3rd bedroom is a fully self-contained suite on top - with it's own livingroom, kitchen, balcony with wonderful views, King bed, air-conditioning in the bedroom & is nice! You can enter that from it's own private entrance or through the attached stairs in the villa (IF you were renting the villa only as a 1 or 2-bd this unit would not have access to your pool or villa nor could they see into your area). This unit is only available when renting it as a 3-bedroom.

The middle level has 2 bedrooms, both with a King bed, air-conditioning & 2 private bathrooms (one even has a large shower/tub. The other just has a shower) & bay views.

The bottom level has a livingroom, dining area, kitchen with the basics (coffee maker, microwave, blender, dishes+), direct tv (with CNN, MTV - though sometimes it doesn't work - it's Mexico!!) & vcr (you can rent videos in town) & a large deck where you'll find your SECLUDED (one of the few truly secluded!) 7'x15' dipping pool & a little b'bque on the deck & 1/2 bath.

There are 3 levels of stairs to walk up to this villa. Light/ basic maid service is 6 days a week (never on Sunday or Mexican Holidays [of which there are MANY!!!]) & a small bottle of purified water is delivered upon request (you might desire to order a 5 gal. bottle. Please tip the person delivering as it's a haul!). A phone is provided for local calls (though it’s Mexico & sometimes doesn’t work so there’s a pay phone at the entrance to the villa complex).

Check-in is 4pm so arrivals before can have their luggage dropped off in the office & if you desire a ride back into town the minute they drop their luggage off it’s an additional $10+ (based on # of people).

Check-out is noon so if your flight is later you can either leave your luggage in the office (as long as they're open.

They are not responsible for any potential loss), or you can choose to pay for another night (since they definitely won't be able to have someone come in & clean & can't put another person it it!) or we can get you a room in a place in town for $69-$140 so you can store your luggage & have a place to clean up before heading to the airport.
