Location: How far are you willing to be from the beach &/or action. The Old Town/SouthSide/Muertos area doesn't have many villas (mainly condos. Most villas are a 3-15 minutes TAXI ride South of Muertos/Playa del Sol/Old Town area which is just a $3-$6 taxi ride or 50¢ bus ride with them being real easy to obtain!). The closer you are to the Muertos Beach area & the more amenities - the more $$$$. Mark as many as apply.

A/C is usually found in the bedrooms only in condos/villas) Bay View Jungle View City View Other View What View?: Pool (many pools in Mexico are just "dipping pools" - 7' x 15' & 4-4 1/2' deep - to cool you off or do you require a larger pool? Also, because of the hilly area - there are VERY FEW TRULY "secluded" pools [offering you clothing optional swimming+]. We find pools in Mexico to be smaller than the U.S. so a Large Pool in Vallarta is more like U.S. Medium.
