CC8 is the closest condo complex to the Blue (next door to it!!)/Green Chairs beach (just north of it) & is the southern most condo complex we work with on Muertos Beach. The heart of the Old Town/SouthSide (Restaurant Row, shopping, clubs) is just a 10-15 minute walk (or an easy $2.50 taxi ride for those lazy ones like myself!! [I don't want to sweat!!]). All units are 2-bedrooms or 3-bedroom (only 3 of those) & face the beach (usually the livingroom & the Master bedroom). You have all the modern conveniences like a phone (for local calls only. You can go down to the Lobby to make a long-distance/international call), cable tv, kitchen (with coffee makers, most have blenders & many have microwaves), living/dining room & balconies facing the bay!! Their pool is on the 2nd level. This is the smallest complex - only 25 units. Many of the condos here have the heavy wood furniture & a more rustic/National decor & many have a washer & dryer! For anyone physically challenged - there are 15 steps from the street up to the complex (or a taxi can drive you up to the door). Most units are 2 people per bedroom & IF they allow an additional person, there's an extra fee.
They do not have a restaurant on premise but next door at the Blue Chairs is a beachfront cafe & rooftop restaurant, just south next to that is the Beach Club's tasty cafe or walk down to the El Dorado or La Palapa Restaurants just 3-4 buildings north!!
Don't forget to stop in to ChocoBanana for a REALLY tasty chocolate covered frozen banana or fruit (a VIC's PICK's/MUST HAVE at least ONCE a day!!) or their REALLY reasonably priced fresh fruit & yogurt & granola breakfasts & tasty coffee & send my love to Tracy & her precious son Andreas & Xochitl ("Sochi").
The maid comes on Tues. & Thurs. (never on Mexican holidays. Arrivals/departures on Sunday must add $10 for the extra maid service). This tends to be a more conservative building (with a local resident that seems to "police" it by hanging out in the lobby "watching" people!!).

The Owners C104 claim that their unit is THE BEST in this building - it was originally built for the Complex owner's/developer's use which is why this unit is SOOOOO SPECIAL & Unique!!
There aren't many 3-bedroom units ON Muertos Beach ESPECIALLY with their own DIPPING POOL let alone as spacious as this (2,100 sq’ of living space & 3,000 counting the pool/deck!!) - hence the MUCH higher price!!!
You have 1,000 sq’ of common space broken down to a 3 sectional LivingRoom (with cable tv)/Dining area with 3 LARGE sliding picture windows (2 facing the beach/West!!) & with vaulted ceilings gives you a VERY OPEN airy feel!! The Kitchen gives you the basic conveniences of home!! Here is where you'll find a washer & dryer also.
The Master Suite is a bit smaller than the other rooms BUT it faces West/the beach & has a HUGE portrait of whales swimming in it!! The "Library" has two Twin beds that can push together & make into a King. The "Bird Room" has a King bed. Each room has a/c & it's own bathroom.
The LARGEST TERRACE in this building is yours in C104 & it looks over onto the Blue Chairs Rooftop Terrace - THE place to be for the gay community (this is important know for people that may have issues with it)!!
A wrought iron circular stairway leads you up to the 12'x12', 4' deep Dipping Pool (sorry - people can see from up above so clothes MUST stay on & discretion is required) where you have SPECTACULAR panoramic views allowing you to view the SUNSETS & see for MILES!!!
This owner desire NO PARTIERS & NO SMOKERS (IN the unit or you get to pay to have EVERYTHING laundered & repainted!!).
This 25 unit condo complex has it's own nice size common pool located on the 2nd level. Unfortunately this complex ONLY allows local calls (long distance phone access is NOT available). There are 15 steps up a sharp incline to get into this building (taxi's usually will drive you up). Maid service is only two (2) times a week but is available more frequently for an extra fee (I believe it's $15 plus tip of course!!).

C105 - One of the FEW 3-bedroom Condos ON Muertos Beach with your own DIPPING POOL (hence the MUCH higher price)!!! C105 living space is on 2-levels plus a rooftop deck/pool!! Each of the 3-bedrooms have air-conditioning & ceiling fans! There's even a Washer & Dryer (RARE!!!)!!! A door in the Master Bedroom opens onto a balcony overlooking the bay (RARE!!)!! A 4th bed in the Loft Den (without it's own bathroom & no a/c though there is a NICE breeze. Bathroom is down a spiral staircase) is available for an additional price. Bedding - King/King/2-Twins (can push together to make into a King) & a Full (in the 4th room - Loft Den). Located next door to the Blue Chairs.
C-403 - We have a nice, moderate National decor 2-bedroom beachfront unit that even has a 2nd entrance off the 2nd bedroom (VERY RARE!!!!). It's 1,200 sq', has a King bedroom & a bathroom in the Master Suite & 2-Twins that can push together to make a King in the 2nd room. The kitchen has a microwave! There's even a washer/dryer in a little room (with a Twin bed).
