A beachfront condo complex located ON Muertos Beach (with Condo Complex 5 on it's north side & the Tropicana Hotel on its southern side - just 4 complexes down from the Green/Blue Chairs Beach) is one of the closest condo complexes to a mainstream tourist hotel but MUCH NICER, more charm & quaint (only 24 units) & has a really nice restaurant downstairs "El Dorado" (I LOVE their Crab Soup!! If they're not to busy they may do room service)!! The Old Town/SouthSide area is a 10-15 minute walk from one end to the other (or a 1 minute, $2.25 taxi ride). You're just 2 blocks to Olas Altas - full of restaurants & entertainment!! Restaurant Row, clubs, shopping & more is at the northern OT/SS area is just a 5-10 minute walk.
They have a pool located just a tad up from Level 1 (remember - the rest of the world counts the bottom level as "0" to "Level 1" is not ground level) which also has a spacious sun deck + shallow pool. Maid service is Mon. through Sat. (NEVER on Sunday or Mexican Holidays [of which there seems to be a LOT]!! Tip more to get her to do your dishes++!!!). CC6 has an elevator.
Each of the 1 or 2-bedrom units face the beach/bay & the decors vary A LOT from VERY basic to REALLY nice as do their prices. Each condo has an equal # of bathrooms to bedrooms, air-conditioning in the bedrooms, ceiling fans, a phone for local & long distance calls, cable tv, a kitchen (ranging from basic amenities/"stuff" to THE works. Some have microwaves!!).
The front desk staff has limited hours (Peak Season: Mon.-Sat. 9am-10pm & Sun. 9am-6pm. Value Season: Mon.-Sat. 9am-10pm [no Sunday]. Arrivals after thoughs hours or flight delays should do our VVDBGG + an after hour fee + pay $10 additional). This building has a nice mix of owners & guests & is a mixed building.
FYI - just because an owner says "ocean view [it's REALLY a giant bay so it's TRUTHFULLY a "Bay View"] doesn't necessarily mean the UNIT faces the bay. To some owners a "bay view" can mean you see the bay from standing on the corner of your balcony!).

This more recently redecorated higher 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom is quite nice!! The Master Bedroom faces Beachfront with a great water view & has a King bed, the tv, air-conditioning, a shower/tub & even a bidet along with the toilet!! The 2nd Bedroom has TWO DOUBLE Beds (most units just have 2 twins. If you're wanting it for a couple - just push them together & have a BIG bed!!), air-conditioning & bathroom with a shower (unlike most other units, you can ONLY enter this 2nd bathroom via the 2nd bedroom as they've removed the hall door).
A beautiful spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom beachfront penthouse. The Master Suite has a King bed & bathroom & even a balcony off of it!! The bedrooms have 2 Twin beds that can push together to make into a King! There are 2 additional bathrooms within the common area.
This 1-bedroom, lower level condo is in a BEACHFRONT COMPLEX (with a restaurant) & FACES THE BEACH!!! A HUGE picture window frames Banderas Bay creating a very open feeling in the Livingroom (no balcony) where you have a cd boombox, L-shaped Banquet couches & ceiling fans. The Livingroom has all the modern conveniences of home including a microwave, blender & coffee pot, stove (no oven), sink & fridge. The Bedroom is towards the back (no view) & has a King bed & large tv & Air-Conditioning. The Bathroom as a nice size Tub/Shower. There is an extra fee for arriving/departing on a Sun. & after hours.
This REALLY nice 1,200 sq', 2-bedroom (King & 2 Twins) Penthouse (top floor) condo, under a giant cuppola (domed roof), even has a data port for your computer hookup & the owner is so detailed they've even provide you with an honor bar with national liquors (please replace what you use), vcr, microwave, cd, a bay & city view from the balconies.

This REALLY nice 2-bedroom (King bed/King bed), 2-bathroom condo even has a data port for your computer hookup & the owner is so detailed they've even provide you with an honor bar with national liquors, vcr, microwave, cd & a limited bay & pool view from the master bedroom. It's on the 1st level which is actually one level up from the beach & has a window view looking across at the pool (which means people can see in your unit so not for the timid. I rarely see people there. Most do the beach right in front!!) though it's a separate detached building (so very safe).

This lovely 2-BEDROOM BEACHFRONT Condo ON Muertos Beach has a King in the Master Suite (which faces the Bay & has a BIG window!) & a Private Bathroom with a TUB/shower. The 2nd Bedroom has 2 Twins which can push together to make into a King. They use the Bathroom that can be entered from the bedroom or from the hall. The Livingroom has a new BIG TV, Boombox with cd/cassette & vcr.
The Kitchen has most of the conveniences of home from a microwave, blender & coffee maker to a stackable WASHER & DRYER. Because it's a nice unit - the owner wants people in his home that will REALLY respect it (hence no big partiers!!). This is a 1st level end unit (one up from the beach) so you have a small beach/water view.
ALL units face West/the Bay!!! This Condo Complex has a nice restaurant downstairs ("El Dorado" - I LOVE their Crab Soup!!) that will do Room Service (if they're not too busy &/or like you so make sure to tip them!!). It's located 4 main buildings North (closer to the heart of the action) of the Blue Chairs. You have a small-ish Pool on the 1st level (the rest of the world counts the 1st level as "0" so it's one level up).
Housekeeping comes Mon.-Sat.(NEVER on Sun. or Mexican Holidays so if you arrive or depart on a Sunday there's a $10 fee fee to have the room prepared) to do the basics (NOT your dishes!!).

This 1-bedroom condo faces the beach/bay & has a King size bed, 2-tvs, 9’ tall ceilings, a large shower/tub, a bay view with a full window opening to create terrace living area (no balcony at present [they're adding a balcony in Sept.] though the windows open), full kitchen (including a microwave), a/c in the bedroom & fans. All the amenities of home!!
