Located ON Muertos Beach - mid way in the Old Town/SouthSide area (the whole area is only a 10-15 minute walk from one end to the next) this condo complex is IT for "location, location, location!!" as it's just around the corner from the start of the world famous "Restaurant Row", has the really nice beachfront restaurant & bar Daiquiri Dick’s downstairs (with BEAUTIFUL live music!), has one of the few atm machines in the Old Town/SouthSide area & is just 3 blocks from Club Paco Paco!!
This nice beachfront condo complex is the only one on Muertos Beach with a pool on the ground/beach level & even a large shallow section for cooling or kids!
There's a laundry room in the complex. The maid comes on Tues., Thurs. & Sat. (never on Sun. or Mexican holidays! Arrivals/departures on non-regular days must add $15 for extra maid service).
This tends to be a more conservative building – more families, couples & Nationals so we don't suggest this complex for people looking to bring "guests" back.
There is a cement wall about 3 feet tall surrounding the balconies making this THE BEST complex for small kids (though nothing's fool proof with a curious child!!).
Each condo has a kitchen (amenities varies by unit), air-conditioning in the bedrooms, cable tv, ceiling fans. There’s a phone in the room but most units phones are ONLY to make local calls (messages can be left for you at the front desk though make sure to live them a tip when they do extra services for you. I've actually heard of some front desk people forwarding calls to guests that "treat them well"!!).
Most bedrooms have a King bed in the Master bedroom (which usually faces the bay/beach/West in 2-bedroom & 3-bedroom units) & units with 2 bedrooms have 2 Twin beds that can push together to make a King in the 2nd bedroom (no view & usually more basic). There are just a few 1-bedrooms, 2-bedrooms (mainly) & a 3-bedroom (VERY expensive since they're hard to come by).
A strange feature here - unless owners have arranged otherwise, the complex only provides the 1st roll of toilet paper (you provide thereafter!).
This building isn't the most renter friendly so most of your dealings will be with a separate property management firm (in case you have to). Treat the staff "well" (tipping) & I'm sure they'll go out of their way to take good care of you!!

This spacious, beachfront 1-bedroom condo is newly spruced up (new owners) with nice furniture & decor. The kitchen has all the ammenities you’d need at home including a microwave & even a serving island!
The bedroom has a King bed, cable tv, lots of closets & a/c. The livingroom has 2 Twin banquets (possible for 2 additional guests for an extra fee), cable tv/vcr & a cd boombox. The bathroom even has a large shower/tub. Booked: Jan. 5-Feb. 19.
