102 has JUST been COMPLETELY OVERHAULED & is one of the nicest units here with ALL NEW things!!  The Beautiful Hand-Carved Wood Door welcomes you in to a Bedroom with a NEW King Bed with Pillow-Top Mattresses, Cable TV & NEW STRONG Ceiling Fans.  The Livingroom has a REAL NEW Double Bed, 27" TV, VCR/DVD, CD Boombox & a NEW AIR-CONDITIONER & NEW STRONG Ceiling Fans!  The NEWLY REMODELED Kitchen has EVERYTHING NEW - a Microwave, Blender, Dishes, Pots & Pans, Flatwear & Fridge.  This unit has 2 partial Bathrooms (each with it's own Shower & Toilet) & a shared Sink in the hall.   The new owner here is one of my good clients that has GOOD taste!!!   (available Oct.  New pics coming then).

Airport Transfer - A** (only): You're either greeted at the airport with a sign with your name on it or go to a select taxi booth & turn in your voucher for a taxi ride into town to your accommodations.
No tour - no stops at other properties. The PLUS of this is you're paying just a couple of $s from the walk-up rate (based on peso fluctuation) BUT they KNOW you're coming & they know where you're going + you don't get attacked by the hords of time-share & taxi people (this was even a bit intimidating to me which just doesn't happen!!).
$25 for 1-3 people arriving between 9am-8pm - going downtown. $35 for 4 (in a van), +$10 each additional person.

Cook: Have a cook or chef prepare you the delectible dishes of their region &/or her specialties, food for heath-conscious people or gourmet dishes!

• Cook buying groceries ONLY for that meal (NO additional meals/food/drinks) $40+
• Cook doing your Pre-Arrival Marketing + Cooking* $55+
• Speciality chefs (gourmet, health conscious+) $45-$75

*This is often included for the first night in most of our Villa rentals.

(+$100+ towards groceries. For arrivals into the property & dinner served before 8pm. Arrivals after 8pm or flights delayed 1+ hours, an additional fee of $10+. The cook will not be able to enter properties before 4pm check-in in most cases. Prices are for services in the Old Town/SouthSide & Conchas Chinas areas. Further south will be an additional $10-$20. Pre-Arrival Marketing set up may be done at time of arrival if doing our VVDBGG. Food, drinks, taxi to/from market & home at night + tips not included). Good English speaking cooks tend to be more $$ of course.
Pre-Reserved Tours: Guarantee you have space on the tour(s) of your choice (REALLY important in Peak Season!!).
We'll notify Diana's Tours who will reserve the tours for you & arrange to get the tickets to you!!
