Located in the Southside area with great views of the bay and village, this 2 bedroom, 2 bath (showers only) condo is beautifully decorated in off-whites/beiges and pastels. The 11 unit complex is not a party building and is located just off Highway 200 between Loma del Mar (Pulpito) and the PeMex. There's a small pool and a gated entrance.
The Master bedroom has a King bed, private bath and nice secluded/enclosed patio.
The 2nd Bedroom has a Queen bed.
The living/dining room has a sofabed, cable tv and a dining table that can seat 8 and opens to a large window giving you BEAUTIFUL views of the bay and city!
Kitchen etc: You have a kitchen and even a washer/dryer in the unit.
There are ceiling fans in every room and a phone for local calls only. The maid comes to do the basics 2 times a weeks (Tues. and Thurs. afternoon) but for 50 pesos + tip you can have the maid more frequently (set up there). No smoking in the bedrooms.
