This spacious, beachfront 1-bedroom condo is newly spruced up (new owners) with nice furniture & decor.
The kitchen has all the amenities you’d need at home including a microwave & even a serving island!
The bedroom has a King bed, cable tv, lots of closets & a/c. The livingroom has 2 Twin banquets (possible for 2 additional guests for an extra fee), cable tv/vcr & a cd boombox.
The bathroom even has a large shower/tub.
The beachfront complex is located mid-way ON Muertos Beach & is a great for location as it's just around the corner from "Restaurant Row", has a really nice beachfront restaurant/bar downstairs, has the only pool that's on ground level in a condo complex on Muertos Beach, has an atm machine downstairs & laundry facilities.
It's a more conservative building - better suited for families (it has the highest solid balcony walls in this area so kids can't squish through) & couples (not bringing "guests" back).
2 drawbacks - you have a phone ONLY to MAKE local calls in most units (messages can be left at the front desk) & many units only provide the first roll of paper. Special rates may be available renting this as a 1-bedroom for 1-2 people. Booked: Jan. 5-Feb. 19.
