BEACHFRONT CONDO COMPLEX!!

This beachfront condo complex has only 15 units & is located less than 4 miles South of the heart of Vallarta (an easy 10-15 minute bus [40¢] or taxi [$5-ish] ride) on Punta de Negra Beach - one of the nicest beaches in Vallarta & features warm water jacuzzis on the balcony!!
The complex has a pool at beach level, a front desk clerk, a security guard 24 hours a day, the maid comes Monday through Sat. to do the basic (never on Sunday or Mexican holidays so if you're arriving or departing on a Sunday there may be an extra fee for a special maid. Please remember to tip her generously) & there's an elevator.
The most special features in C407 - a 2-bedroom condo - is a warm water jacuzzi on the balcony overlooking the bay, new wicker furniture & LOTS of windows/light!! You have a bay view from the livingroom & Master bedroom & a jungle view from the 2nd bedroom! The Master bedroom has a King bed & private bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has 2 Twin beds that can push together to make into a King. There's even a small room with a washer & dryer that has an additional Twin bed. You have cable tv, lots of books, a cd player & a few cd's. There's even a sewing machine for your use!! The kitchen has all of the modern conveniences of home including a microwave!
