This BEAUTIFUL upscale Penthouse condo is located in the Muertos/SouthSide area is a WONDERFUL 2-bedroom/2-1/2-bathroom Penthouse 2 blocks up the hill (LOTS of stairs [though you can use the elevator at C-1 for part of the hike or be lazy like me & take a taxi to the Highway 200 entrance] plus there's no elevator in this building. This penthouse is a 5 floor walk-up within the building) from the Green Chairs beach & it's spectacular!!
This Penthouse spans the top of the whole building so it's VERY private with only you (& the managment) having keys to the gated private entrance.
It has an AWESOME view (if you're beachfront the view is level so it's not panoramic & unless it's a corner facing north gives you nothing to look at at night except black sea). The Penthouse & balcony are 200 square meters (not sure what that is in feet!).
Master Suite: There's cable tv & vcr in the Master Suite which faces the bay & has a King bed & nice bathroom.
The 2nd bedroom has it's own bathroom + 2 Double beds. A/C is by remote.
The sunken living/dining area opens to a long terrace overlooking the bay & has a stereo with cd.
The kitchen has a new fridge, dishes for 6, a juicer & even a microwave for your convenience! Maid service is 6 days a week (not on Sun. or Mexican Holidays).
You're welcome to enjoy the Poolside Happy Hour with nice quiet music as well as the gourmet pizzaria & morning breakfast cafe & elevator (with only 42 steps down to Amapas - the street that's 1 block directly behind the gay beach. Otherwise you get to take lots of stairs down) at the nearby Boana Torre Malibu.
