The spacious Master Bedroom has a King size bed & faces the Bay along with a private bathroom!
The 2nd Bedroom has 2 twin beds that can push together to make into a King (standard in most condos) & use the beautiful bathroom in the hall.
INCLUDED is our Pre-Arrival Marketing (you send an additional $100-$150 & we email you a grocery list & you arrive to have your fridge & cupboards stocked) & the Preparation of our Welcome Fiesta (chips, guacamole, salsa & margaritas awaiting you [the food/drinks comes out of your grocery $$. The preparation is what's included]. May not be included with special discounted rates)!!
The building has a NICE restaurant downstairs that does room service & beach bar service, a nice rooftop pool (with SPECTACULAR views!!), 24/7 Front Desk staff (GREAT staff!!), long distance calls are available from your room & MORE!!!
Price varies by amount of time, when, etc. (price starts at $190+ per night for up to 4 people. The 17% hotel tax IS INCLUDED in that price).
