Located just a block from Restaurant Row & 4 small blocks to the beach in Old Town/SouthSide/ Muertos Beach (the HEART of Vallarta!!!) - enter a LARGE entry way into a BEAUTIFUL, NEWER (completed in '02), UPSCALE, ULTRA-CONTEMPORARY, SPACIOUS (2,700 sq' [includes balcony/patio space]), 2+ bedroom villa/condo that was professionally furnished & decorated & used as an originally designed as the model for a beautiful condo complex next door!!!
A NEW FULL GOURMET KITCHEN has MANY TOP OF THE LINE European/imported appliances like a 6-burner high-end stove & oven (BEYOND rare!!), 20 cubic side-by-side stainless steel fridge with an ICE-MAKER (hooked up to the filter) & WATER DISPENSER (both VERY rare!!), DISHWASHER (VERY RARE!!), GARBAGE DISPOSAL (VERY RARE!!), blender, MICROWAVE, 6 of everything (plates, glasses, flatware) & since it's a newer building it has NEW PLUMBING which makes the FILTERED WATER safer to drink!! Beyond mosts average "modern conveniences of home"!!
A bar & 3 barstools separate the Kitchen from the DINING AREA with table & seats 6 which opens onto the:
LIVINGROOM - Cable tv, stereo with 3 cds, radio & cassette, VCR & DVD & 9 1/2' ceilings with recessed dimmer halogen lights. RARE - Central Air Conditioning for the entire villa with 4 separate controls in each of the 2 bedrooms, living & kitchen area and the entry/Den area. Floor to ceiling glass is featured wall to wall for the living area and the front bedroom. LARGE /sliding glass doors open from the living area and front bedroom onto a LONG (6'x30') DECK with 2 chaise lounges, table & chairs for 4 & a GAS B'BQUE offering views of the neighboring red roofs & palm trees (sorry - no water views)!!
This villa/condo even has a WASHER & DRYER (RARE!!)!!!

MASTER SUITE - As is typical in Mexico - the Master Suite in this spacious suite has a firm King size bed (it's a single mattress on a concrete frame), cable tv, PHONE (for local calls), a big overstuffed chair, air-conditioning (separately controlled), casablanca fan & a glass door opening onto the long common balcony. The Bathroom has a Double sink & a SEPERATE shower & tub (ULTRA-rare!!).
2nd BEDROOM has 2 Double beds (fairly firm), desk, tv, air-conditioning (separately controlled) in this spacious suite. A small glass door opens onto a small balcony (view - next door). 2nd BATHROOM - large walk-in shower with handles on the wall (a great help for someone with mobility issues). Bring your laptop (with a REALLY GOOD surge protector as NOTHING in Vallarta's grounded & they OFTEN get BIG surges!!!) & use the DSL line for fast connection!!!
The DEN is a small open room (what separates it from the hall is a 3' high cascaded shelf) with bright furniture & a trundle bed (two Twin beds - can sleep +2 [children ONLY - NO adults!! Inquire for the price]). There's a 1/2 bathroom with a toilet & sink just outside of the Den.
Your Housekeeper (she speaks no English) takes care of your basics Mon.-Fri. (extra housekeeping is available for +$25/day).
A $200 US$ cash deposit for the remote & keys is required at check-in & is returned after you've return the keys & have done the walk-through.
You have no private pool but you are welcome to use the nice pool & palapa at the condo complex next door (as is the case at most pools [excluding rooftop & some beachfront] throughout Vallarta & the West Coast of the world, afternoon shading & limited amount of solid sunshine in the pool area is most common - especially in the winter). You have a private entry into this area from your villa.
C209 is located above one of the nicest GYM/SPA's in Callarta!!!

NOTE: Our representative will meet you at the villa to give you the keys & do a walk-through. They will wait 45 min. from when your flight arrives. If your flight is delayed (ESPECIALLY if you've not notified us/DIR) &/or you don't come directly to the property from the airport, you will be charged an additional $25 Wait Fee to pay to the representative directly (plus NICE tips of course)!
