This 2-bedroom condo offers some of the BEST VIEWS in the Muertos Beach/Old Town/SouthSide area!!!!   BOTH a Bay AND a City View which you get to enjoy from the DOUBLE LONG BALCONY!!!

The large livingroom gives you the sweeping views, has air-conditioning, a cd boombox, ceiling fan & cable tv.

The spacious Kitchen has a Microwave, blender & many of the conveniences of home!!

The Master bedroom has a King bed (with LOTS of mirrors!!), cable tv, ceiling fan & private bathroom with shower, sink & toilet.

The 2nd bedroom has Double bed, tv & a 3/4 bath (only a toilet & shower).

The hall has a sink area.   There's also a 2/3 bathroom in the hall - also with a shower & toilet.

Housekeeping is every other day (you can get it more frequently for an additional 45-pesos each time [plus tip/propina of course!]). There are no phones in the rooms but you can use the phone in the office or the pay phone by the pool.

The complex is located a block as the crow flies behind the Blue Chairs Beach.   There are two entrances - the main one (where you enter to check in) is located off of Highway 200.   The 2nd entrance is off Amapas Street (there are 43 steps to walk up from here to the Pool/Office area & where you catch the elevator).

You can take one of two routes to get to the beach - one (the easy one - DEFINATELY the one back for many [personally, I'm lazy so I often take a taxi back to the top entrance!!]) - walk down the 43 steps to Amapas & go Right, make your first Left & walk around in front of 2 condo complexes.   

The 2nd (for those more in shape/fit folks [though I can do it going DOWN to the beach fine]) - walk down the 43 steps to Amapas & go Left about 20' & walk down 98 steps & you're RIGHT THERE at the Blue Chairs Beach!!!

This condo is located in a building that welcomes ALL types of people 18+ that believe in treating each other with equal respect though the clientelle is predominately gay (we do NOT promote this complex as a "party place" & it usually isn't but everything depends on the guests that are there).

The staff in this complex is one of the BEST!!!   VERY accommodating!!   They also provide Concierge service & can assist you with booking your tours, jeeps, making restaurant reservations - whatever you need (legal!!)!!!

They have a nice large pool.   The office is open from 9am-5pm (inquire about holiday hours).   

Have more people in your group??   Take over the next unit - C117 to give you 3-bedrooms and/or you can take over the WHOLE FLOOR with C121 giving you 5-bedrooms (C117 also has with a REAL Double bed in the Livingroom so it can sleep an additional 2 people [12 total] for an additional fee)!
