Enter your home-away-from-home at the KITCHEN offering you all the conveniences of a home kitchen - a Microwave, Blender, Coffee Maker & that important Fridge to keep your water & cervesas/beer & margaritas cold!!!

Off to your right is your 2nd BEDROOM with the standard 2 Twin Beds (that can push together to make into a King. 95+% of the beachfront condos have this bed configuration in 2 bedroom units!), AIR-CONDITIONING, a CEILING FAN & utilizes the 2nd BATHROOM (with a shower) that you enter from the Common Hall (which has beautiful hand-carved wood corners at the entrance to the Hall!!!).

Where the dining area is normally in most units - in C112 it’s now a little TV VIEWING SECTION with a love seat, CEILING FAN & a TV with basic CABLE channels. This section flows into the LIVINGROOM with a couch & chair, a CD BOOMBOX, CEILING FAN (but who needs it when you have all the balcony doors open with the great cross-breeze you get!! FYI - 99% of the beachfront condos ONLY have air-conditioning in the bedrooms) & lots of Martha Gilbert framed posters & some unique masks.

The LIVINGROOM opens on not one but TWO sides onto a LARGE CONTINUOUS West & Southern facing BALCONY that gives you SPECTACULAR VIEWS of Banderas Bay & down to the Southern end of Los Muertos Beach!!! What a place to sit (at your table & 4 chairs) & watch the sunset or early in the a.m. sipping your coffee while watching the dolphins playing in Banderas Bay just outside of your condo!!!

The MASTER BEDROOM has a BAY VIEW from your KING size BED, a TV with basic CABLE channels, a CEILING FAN, AIR-CONDITIONING & it’s own MASTER BATHROOM with a Shower/TUB.

You have one PHONE for local & long-distance calls & the Front Desk is happy to take messages for you (remember to tip them as they’re not your social secretary!!! Though if you really don’t want to miss a call - bring a cheap answering machine - just in case!! International calls here are $1.50/minute so make sure to go to CostCo or Sams Club before & get a calling card that gives you international calls for around 70¢/minute!!!).

The decor here is moderate with some unique touches (like beautiful hand-carved wood corners going into the hall with the 2nd Bedroom & 2nd Bathroom!!) but VIEWS, an open feeling & a continuous BIG balcony are what’s going to make you want to stay in C112!!!!

This BEACHFRONT Condo Complex has GREAT/attentive 24/7 Front Desk Staff, HOUSEKEEPING 6 DAYS A WEEK (Mon.-Sat. Never on Mexican Holidays or Sun.), an ELEVATOR (it goes from the Lobby up to the top floor of residential space. To get to the beach you must walk down one flight of stairs), a ROOFTOP POOL with chaise lounges & chairs (you must walk up one flight of stairs to get to the pool. Get up there early to reserve your seat!!) with SWEEPING VIEWS of Banderas Bay. There is no laundry on the premise (WHY on EARTH would you be doing laundry while on vacation?!?!?!) - take it up to Lavanderia Pulpito around the corner. Handicap Access: There are 2 steps from the street down to the Lobby. NO pets are allowed in ANY of the Beachfront Condos.

This building is the STRICTEST with NO MORE THAN 2 people per bedroom (& they’ve been known to come in late at night & remove “extras”. So don’t EVEN think about it here as they seem to “know” these things no matter how good & sneeky you think you’re being)!!! Unlike most mainstream tourist hotels, your friends are allowed back here as long as you do not exceed more than 2 people per bedroom overnight (if the staff tells you that someone you’ve brought back is not allowed - THANK them!!) but you MUST come get them from the lobby & walk them out as YOU’RE responsible for ALL actions of all of your guests (whether on the contract or just visiting).

Each building/complex has it’s own personality. This is condo is located in one of my favorites as it is the most lively & has everything from ultra basic to one of the NICEST condos on the beach & has a GREAT staff that’s there 24/7 plus we have the most units here!!!

There is a nice BEACHFRONT RESTAURANT downstairs (separate from the condo complex) that will do ROOM SERVICE (as long as you treat & tip them well & they’re not tooo busy!! There’s usually one night when you say “ENOUGH!! I NEED to stay home & chill!!! or you just CAN’T get up & go out for breakfast [at 1pm!!!]” Personally I LOVE dining here on their section with seating on the sand [I LOVE that feeling of dry sand on my feet!!!]) & even have BEACH PALAPA BAR SERVICE!! They even have LIVE MUSIC (usually nice relaxing/soothing/ROMANTIC guitar!!!) at night! You dine & drink here for the ambiance!!!

So you see, you have MANY of the ammenities of a resort without all that mass & generic feel & food!! Here you have MUCH more personalized & attentive service!!!!

THE AREA: There are MANY good Restaurants in the area (El Dorado Beachfront Restaurant, La Palapa Beachfront Restaurant, Kit Kat Restaurant, Mama Dolores, Chiles as well as some NICE evening entertainment like MY FAV - “Garbo’s” Champagne, Martini, Piano/Jazz Lounge. Also right around the corner for nighttime entertainment - Kit Kat Restaurant & Martini Lounge & the Palm. You MUST have a chocolate banana across the street at Choco Banana!!!! Check your email & have a delicious fruit smoothie at Cyber Smoothie just around the corner & have a cup of coffee at the Coffee Cup (& if you’re feeling like being a big conscious - volunteer on Mon. afternoon with owner Chris & others helping the kids at the City Dump!!!)!! This condo complex is 5 complexes north of the Blue Chairs.
