2 BEDROOM CONCHAS CHINAS UNIT WITH SHARED POOL
Located at the 1st entrance to Conchas Chinas hill side (the “Beverly Hills of Vallarta”) - this NEWLY fixed up 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo has all the modern conveniences of a more upscale home like things rarely found in homes in Vallarta - a Gourmet Kitchen with a DISHWASHER, GARBAGE DISPOSAL, an ULTRA-VIOLET WATER PURIFICATION SYSTEM THROUGHOUT the condo, Fridge with ICE MAKER, new granite bar & all the better quality serving dishes, flatwear, dishes, utensils that you could use for a nice intimate dinner party AND a WASHER/DRYER.
There are just 8 units in this complex - 2 on each floor - & 2 entrances. C106 is best to enter from the top where you just go through a gate & down just 6 steps.
The Lower level is 4 flights down (sorry - no elevator) to the Shared/Common Pool, chaise lounges & Palapa.
The MASTER BEDROOM has WONDERFUL views of Banderas Bay, a King bed, Sky Satellite TV (with basic channels - including CNN & numerous European stations+), air-conditioning & a private bathroom with a Travertine tile shower.
The 2nd BEDROOM is a bit smaller & has air-conditioning & 2 Twin beds that are pushed together (with a strap down the middle so you don’t feel the split & a strap around it to keep the beds together. This can be separated if you desire - just let us know in advance) & makes into a King.
There is a small tv but it does NOT have satellite connection. This room utilizes the hall bathroom (the water pressure in this shower is mas-o-menos/so-so). The view from here is of the other beautiful homes on Conchas Chinas hill side.
LIVING • DINING ROOM - The Dining area has a glass table with 4 chairs & opens onto a nicer sized balcony with spectacular view (great to watch fireworks, cruise ships coming & going & summer lightening shows from!!) & ANOTHER table with 4 chairs AND a ceiling fan (can enter from living or dining room). The Livingroom has Satellite tv, a vcr & stereo with cd & cassette.
C106 is approximately a 15-20 minute walk down the hill (many take a taxi back up) where you can walk alongside the main road or go down Santa Barbara which will take you to Muertos Beach & the Blue Chairs.
There’s a Phone for local calls only. Internet access is available BUT via dial-up ONLY (either AOL or you can purchase access via PVNet). You have an Iron & ironing board & blow dryer (not strong) available for your use.
Your HOUSEKEEPER Annaberta typically comes Mon.-Sat. from around 9am to 1pm but she can have some flexibility with her hours/days - especially if you’re arriving/departing on a Sunday. She does the basics for you - change towels daily, changes the bedding (once on a typical week long stay but she’ll be happy to do more for a nice tip), straighten up, sweep, mop. If she does your personal dishes - we welcome you to trip her generously for that as that’s not really her ob. She’s happy to prepare breakfast for you for $10 (+ a tip of course & you pay her taxi to/from the market, the groceries. She’s also happy to do your personal laundry (as long as she’s seeing a NICE tip out of it since this is NOT her job!)!
