One of the FEW 3-bedroom Condos ON Muertos Beach with your own DIPPING POOL (hence the MUCH higher price)!!! C105 living space is on 2-levels plus a rooftop deck/pool!!
Each of the 3-bedrooms have air-conditioning & ceiling fans! There's even a Washer & Dryer (RARE!!!)!!!
A door in the Master Bedroom opens onto a balcony overlooking the bay (RARE!!)!!
A 4th bed in the Loft Den (without it's own bathroom & no a/c though there is a NICE breeze. Bathroom is down a spiral staircase) is available for an additional price.
Bedding - King/King/2-Twins (can push together to make into a King) & a Full (in the 4th room - Loft Den). Located next door to the Blue Chairs.
